JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage a team of approx. 8 - 15 Quality Leads
• Monitor QA Score of the assigned project
• Review Quality parameters and make changes whenever necessary in consultation with Operations
• Facilitate calibrations / do client interfacing
• Assist in preparing QualityImprovement Plans
• Update progress on operations and quality activities
• Manage performance of Specialists
• Maintain regular meetings and interfaces with Clients
QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 6 year(s)of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Knowledge in CSAT, NPS, TQM, TNA, statistical and quality tools
• Ability to influence Operations in creating a quality focus
• Ideally should have had Operational experience
• Tactical thinking skills, strong leadership and people management skills
